Baghouse

A fabric filter is a dust collection device operating on filtration principles, utilizing organic or inorganic fiber media to capture airborne particulates. Dust-laden air enters the housing through an inlet and passes from the exterior to the interior of the filter bags. While dust is trapped on the outer surface, the cleaned air flows upward into the clean air plenum and is eventually discharged through the exhaust stack.

The working principle of the spray tower is gas-liquid contact reaction. Exhaust gases move upward through multiple layers of water spray treatment. As they pass through the packing layer, the gases rise along the curve. The dust in the exhaust gas meets the alkaline liquid sprayed downward to achieve the purpose of exhaust gas treatment. The top layer is a mist eliminator for removing condensed moisture from the exhaust gas. After treatment, the exhaust gas is discharged from the top outlet. The spray tower is corrosion-resistant, has a long service life, reliable operation and simple and convenient maintenance.

Application industries: Spray towers can be widely used for dust or vapor pollution control in printing, electroplating, electrolysis, battery manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting and military industries. They are also suitable for pre-treatment of pickling exhaust or other exhaust gases in chemical, acid making, pickling, smelting, electroplating, cathode ray tube, dyeing and finishing, pharmaceutical, instrumentation, electronic components, textile (synthetic fibers), food, plastics, and machinery manufacturing industries.

RTO regenerative incinerator

The RTO system heats volatile organic compound exhaust gases by means of a high-pressure fan and then oxidizes and decomposes them at high temperatures. The process produces non-toxic and odorless high temperature flue gases. The unit uses honeycomb ceramic heat accumulators to recover and store thermal energy from the combusted high-temperature flue gases, which is then used to preheat the exhaust gases, realizing environmental protection and energy savings.
The purification efficiency is high, reaching more than 99%; the comprehensive utilization of waste heat can recover more than 95%, with high economic benefits; it has a small footprint and multiple safety protection systems to ensure the safe operation of the heat storage incinerator equipment system. It is suitable for organic waste gas concentration between 2000-2000mg/m³.
RTO regenerative incinerator
Applicable industries: petroleum, chemical, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, printing, pesticides, shoes, power cable production and other industries, containing benzene compounds, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, ethers, esters and other organic components.

Zeolite rotor + CO integrated machine

The core adsorption medium of zeolite wheel concentration and purification device consists of hydrophobic zeolite molecular sieve and ceramic fiber. It has excellent adsorption performance, high strength and resistance to medium and high temperature, overcoming the shortcomings of poor heat resistance of activated carbon. The desorption and regeneration capacity exceeds that of activated carbon. Treatment concentration: 100-3000mg/m³, suitable for large capacity, low concentration adsorption and concentration, used as catalytic combustion of multi-component VOCs or pre-treatment of high value organic solvent recovery.

Applicable industries: semiconductor, photoelectricity, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment plant odor, printing, packaging, coating, painting, electronics and other industries organic waste gas treatment.

Activated carbon adsorption + CO integrated machine

Adsorption-desorption + catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment equipment adopts activated carbon adsorption and concentration, with the help of catalyst, organic exhaust gas is burned without flame at low ignition temperature and oxidized and decomposed into CO 2 and H2O, so as to remove hazardous substances in the exhaust gas, and at the same time, it releases a lot of heat energy and recycles the activated carbon for desorption.
Activated carbon adsorption + CO integrated machine
Applicable industries: coating industry, electronics, printing, rubber factory, furniture factory, chemical workshop, for purifying harmful exhaust gas and eliminating odor. It is most suitable for low concentration (≤300mg/m³) of organic waste gas, especially large capacity treatment places, can obtain satisfactory economic and social benefits.
